

Director, Technology Stategy and Architecture
Director, Technology Strategy and Architecture Consulting: develop, sign, and lead/advise delivery of high quality consulting services to Saudi Aramco and other prominent clients in the Middle East oil & gas industry, in the areas of Enterprise Technology Application, Infrastructure, and Organizational Strategy, Architecture, Management, and Performance Improvement.
Supervisory: this position supervises Senior Managers
Location: Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Experience: 10+ years of oil and gas, 3+ years with a Major Business Consultancy
This position will be expected to have and demonstrate strong experience, skills, and expertise in the following oil and gas industry functional or technical domains including (but not limited to):
-Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of the client's unique business issues/context/constraints in the areas of interest;
-Demonstrating deep and distinctive insights on the key industry and client business issues, critical success factors, best practices, and solutions in the areas of interest;
-Demonstrating deep industry and functional insights in the area of interest through thought leadership and contributions to high-value client interactions, intellectual property (IP) development, pucblication abd speaking/leadership contributions in industry forums;
-Leading client interactions associated with scoping, pricing, negotiating, and contracting discussions for opportunities in the areas of interest;
-Development of business operational IT support services, organizational, and technology strategy;
-Development of business and operational IT application and infrastructure strategy and architecture;
-Enterprise IT application portfolio and lifecycle management;
Enterprise IT capability and performance assessment, benchmarking, and performance management;
-IT enabled business transformation methodologies, critical success factors, and implementation best practices;
-Architecture, planning, and implementation of large-sclae business integration, restructuring, performance improvement, transformation, and organizational change programs;
-Leading client activities related to issue-based and fact-based problem structuring, problem solving, strategy development, executive alignment, organizational change management, and implementation.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Minimum of 10 years experience within, or serving, the oil and gas industry, with roles closely related to a functional/technical consulting leadership domain;
Minimum of 3 years with a major business consultancy.
