Gas Oil D2 Refined Products from Russia

Can anyone kindly advise on the Gas Oil D2 Refined Petroleum Products Market in Russia. We want to buy about 50,000 Per MT Per month of Gas Oil D2 under a 12 month Contract.

My fear is that I'm told a number of unscrupulous suppliers only trade on theL/C opened by the buyer for the supply of the product. I was advised that this paradigm is very rampant, hence the need for caution
