Looking for Contracts Manager

Position: Contracts Manager

Job location: Libya, Tripoli

Key requirements; duties and responsibilities:

- То manage all contracts activities in support of drilling and other exploration and development operations (prequalification of service providers and materials suppliers; tendering; bids evaluation; development, review and negotiation of contracts and purchase orders, contracts administration, etc.)

- First hand experience in writing contracts documents of different types such as drilling rig contracts, all drilling services, cementing, stimulation, tools, well testing, logging, seismic, well heads, coiled tubing, etc.

- To manage contracts implementation providing support to the company management and engineering team

- Supervise logistics and warehousing activities

- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and cash calls for the supervised contracts

- Develop and implement procurement and contracting strategies

Skills & Competencies:

- good negotiator with highest standards of business ethics

- Good planner / organizer, team player

- Effective interpersonal and verbal and written communication

Education and experience:

- Minimum 10 years contracting and procurement experience within the Oil and Gas Industry

- Degree in relevant engineering field and/or legal background

- Fluent in oral and written English
