Looking for Drilling contractors in South East Asia

Looking for drilling contractors that are drilling in South East Asia or elsewhere. This is for 2 drilling rigs and crew for 2 years. Drilling capacity should be 300 feet.

The company has very good realations with the right organization for over 30 years in Pakistan and can arrange concessions for interested company's. Furthermore, they are also looking for JV partners for Onshore and Offshore exploration.
