Hybrids are taking OFF with car fleets

We are seeing the first of a new wave of businesses siezing the new auto hybrids in real business sitations. At 40mpg thats got to translate to some real long term savings...
Does anyone have any information or better Experiance on Hybrids that have been in use for a long time...what are the positives and negatives??
