BASIC FUNCTION:
Review and understand competencies required of maintenance positions on offshore rigs. Work in conjunction with human resources to align world wide training matrix and curriculum to meet competency requirements. Maintain and improve internal training materials and courses for computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Actively provide feedback in any areas of knowledge and promote the FIRST principles of the company.
