Manager, Global HR BPM Services

BASIC FUNCTION: The ideal candidate will be a “change agent” responsible for driving a customer-first culture and internal continuous improvement. This individual will support the success of the organization by applying quality practices, principles and methodologies necessary to continually improve in a variety of environments. The Manager, Global HR BPM Services will build relationships externally with our customers and internally across the organization, develop improvement plans and successfully support program activities within a global environment.

The candidate will have hands on delivery experience in multiple segments of the BPM project lifecycle, including; leading requirements definition workshops, developing design documentation, developing/configuring the solution, testing and training....
